Unistar is a responsible recycling manager for the environment. All products that we manufacture are 100% recyclable. All of our manufactured products can be a part of any neighborhood curbside recycling program.

Unistar regrinds al of its post industrial waste, that has been generated in the manufacture of our products, back into resin pellet form. We purchase additional post industrial polyethylene waste from outside sources that meet our stringent post industrial standards. This post industrial polyethylene resin is used primarily in the production of our industrial can liner product line. Post consumer resin is available to purchase for customers interested in having post consumer resin in the manufacture of their products at an additional cost.

Unistar offers a tremendous opportunity on reducing the use of plastic T-Sacks to our supermarket customers. By partnering with Sack-Saver™, we market a dynamic bagging training program that educates the front-end personnel in the proper methods of loading groceries. Customers that have implemented the Sack-Saver™ internet interactive training program in their stores have experienced results that prove that item count in bags goes up and bag consumption is down.
