A unique patented super absorbent construction process works consistently to absorb and retain excess purge from meat, poultry, and fish from all sides of the pad. Satisfies USFDA (FDA21-CFR part 177.1211) regulations concerning food contact. Pads are available in several absorption levels and in several colors. The embossed surface reduces slippage in the tray. Either side of the pad can be used which allows us to reduce our customers SKUs in inventory. Gazelle™ color pads currently available are Black/White and Blue/White. Additional duo color pads available upon request.
